By purchasing a PeakSync subscription, you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “user”) agree to the following Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase or use PeakSync.

1. Educational & Informational Use Only

​​

PeakSync is an educational and informational system that demonstrates how data-driven trading and investing frameworks can be designed, tested, and followed. All tools, dashboards, model sleeves, emails, and other materials are provided solely for general informational and educational purposes.

​

Nothing provided by PeakSync—on the website, in the terminal, in emails, or in any related content—should be interpreted as:

• Personalized financial advice

• Investment recommendations

• An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security

• Tax, accounting, or legal advice

 

PeakSync, its owners, and its affiliates are not acting as your financial advisor, investment manager, broker, dealer, or fiduciary.

 

You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use any information from PeakSync in your own trading or investing.

 

2. Subscription, Billing & Payment

1. Plan and Price

   • PeakSync currently offers one paid plan: PeakSync All-Access.

   • At the time of purchase, you are charged USD $45 for your first month (a 50% introductory discount).

   • After your first month, your subscription automatically renews at USD $90 per month until you cancel.

2. Recurring Billing

   • By completing your purchase, you authorize PeakSync (via its payment processor Easy Pay Direct or any successor processor) to automatically charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees on a recurring monthly basis.

   • You agree to keep a valid payment method on file and to update it if it expires, is canceled, or is otherwise invalid.

3. Delivery of Service

   • Model sleeves, holdings, and rebalance files may be delivered via email and/or made available inside the PeakSync terminal.

   • Access to the terminal is provided for the duration of your active subscription.

4. Refunds

   • Unless otherwise required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

   • Canceling your subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically generate a refund for amounts already charged.

 

3. Cancellation & Termination

1. How to Cancel

   • You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions in your account or by contacting PeakSync support at support@peaksync.com.

   • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation is processed.

2. Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

   • PeakSync reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these Terms, abuses the service, or engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.

   • In such cases, PeakSync may, but is not obligated to, provide a pro-rated refund.

 

4. Risk of Loss

Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk and are not suitable for all individuals.

​

• You can lose some, most, or all of the capital you invest.

• You should carefully consider your financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives before using any information from PeakSync.

• Do not trade or invest with money you cannot afford to lose.

 

By using PeakSync, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any gains or losses that may occur.

5. Past Performance, Backtesting & Hypothetical Results

Any performance information displayed or discussed by PeakSync—including, but not limited to:

​

• Backtests

• Historical simulations

• Hypothetical model performance

• Illustrative sleeves or portfolios

• Case studies or examples

 

is provided for illustrative and educational purposes only.

You understand and agree that:

​

• Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results.

• Backtested and hypothetical results are inherently limited, simulated, and may differ significantly from actual live trading.

• Such results may not account for real-world factors including, but not limited to, liquidity constraints, slippage, trading fees, taxes, market impact, or changes in market conditions.

• Any performance shown should not be interpreted as actual or expected results from following any sleeve, signal, or approach.

 

6. Personal Results & Testimonials

Any examples of personal trading or investing results, testimonials, or case studies shared by PeakSync, its founders, affiliates, or users:

​

• Reflect their own experience only, under specific conditions that may not apply to you.

• Are not typical, and should not be viewed as promises, guarantees, or expectations of what you will achieve.

 

Your own results will depend on your decisions, execution, timing, risk management, costs, and many factors beyond PeakSync’s control.

 

7. No Guarantees of Profits or Outcomes

PeakSync makes no guarantees of:

​

• Profits or positive returns

• Accuracy or completeness of any data

• Suitability of any strategy, sleeve, or allocation for your circumstances

• Any particular financial, tax, or investment outcome

 

All signals, sleeves, analytics, and educational content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any express or implied warranties.

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for any financial outcomes that result from them.

 

8. Taxes, Laws & Compliance

​

You are solely responsible for:

​

• Understanding and complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction, including securities laws and regulations; and

• Reporting and paying any taxes that may arise from your trading, investing, or use of information from PeakSync.

 

PeakSync does not provide tax, legal, or regulatory advice.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

​

• PeakSync, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) PeakSync, its sleeves, signals, strategies, alerts, terminal, or educational materials.

• This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost capital, trading losses, data loss, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial damages.

 

If, despite this limitation, PeakSync is found liable in any way, you agree that the total aggregate liability will be limited to the amount of subscription fees you have paid to PeakSync in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

 

10. User Eligibility

​

By purchasing or using PeakSync, you represent and warrant that:

​

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher); and

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

 

11. Modifications to Service & Terms

​

PeakSync may update or modify:

​

• The features and content of the service; and/or

• These Terms of Service

 

from time to time. When material changes are made, PeakSync will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide notice via the website or email. Your continued use of PeakSync after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

12. Acceptance of Terms

​

By checking the box at checkout and submitting your payment information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these PeakSync Subscription Terms of Service & Risk Disclosure, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies.
